Delta Capital was founded in 2015 as a Real Estate developer in Delta with a record of two projects of the most exclusive resorts in delta;

Marina Delta and Marina Delta Lagoons.

Delta Capital headquarters is in Cairo, with sales offices across the Delta region in Mansura, Mahallah, Damietta, Kafr El Shiekh.

At the present time the Company portfolio includes small chalets, apartment buildings, Town Houses & Separate Villas. The company relies upon its principals to identify new markets  as an urban developer and manager of residential,  and retail properties, we have successfully been able to provide investors with above average returns due to our keen insight of Delta markets.
