Our project was founded on the principle of providing a unique, residential environment, offering unparalleled attractions from a leveling and geographical standpoint. In addition to 1954 units throughout the project, we were careful to choose open spaces, fit to be utilized as swimming pools and offer a breath of fresh air to delta lagoon’s residents, as well as being an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to the peace and quiet of the sea, without having to go to the sea.

Most of our units are designed to overlook the sea, with swimming pools situated by them to cater to our clients’ needs and preferences, with a wide range of options, from studios starting at 43 m2 to townhouse villas of 165 m2, with a ground floor, first floor and private garden, in addition to other units with second and third floors.

We are responsible for comprehensive facility management across all our projects. We provide services including maintenance, security, landscaping, cleaning, waste management, energy management, customer service, emergency preparedness, and health and safety compliance. These services ensure our developments are well-maintained, safe, and offer a superior living and working environment.
